Hello and Salutation friends and family. Hello from Grand Cayman Islands. Today was a tender port. They do not have a port where ships can dock. This day had 5 cruise ships in the port but all had to tender. So to say the least, it was a very chaotic dock area. We did a excursion here. Our first stop was a turtle sanctuary. We toured the grounds and got to see a lot of turtles. They breed green turtles here. The pond that holds 238 breeding turtles. They do raise them to release back into the ocean, which has helped to get them off the endangered list. They have a walk in bird cage and we saw some very cool birds which will be in the picture section. From there we made our way to a rum shop but it was very tiny and way crowded so we moved on quickly. From there our tour took us to Hell Cayman. The story was that some British businessman visited in 1939 and said it looked like Hell and it stuck. We then headed back to the ship. I have to say the island was very clean. You can tell money is flowing into this island. I hope you all have a great day, stay awesome.
